EDS is thrilled to announce that the Rev. Rodrigo Espiúca, PhD has joined our team as the Facilitator for Global Anglicanism.

Last week, Dean Lydia Kelsey Bucklin traveled to Swanwick, UK, to lecture at Emmanuel Theological College on "Moral Courage in Trying Times." Reflecting on the theology of Christopher Duraisingh, she explored our shared call as a "royal priesthood" to reclaim a mission-shaped church and partner globally for justice across the Anglican Communion.

EDS Communications Managers Dustin and Mary Grace recently participated in the 2026 Episcopal Communicators Conference in San Diego. The week featured staff-led workshops on gratitude and social justice, board leadership elections, and the presentation of the Polly Bond Awards for excellence in church communications.

EDS is announcing the selection of nine visionary leaders for its inaugural Innovating Beloved Communities Cohort led by the Rev. Canon Dr. Stephanie Spellers ’04. This transformative year-long program is designed to equip a circle of faithful innovators to discern, incubate, and launch ministries that advance a multicultural Beloved Community.

Alexizendria (Zena) Link '08 is writer, spiritual director, workshop and retreat leader, and educator who has more than two decades of lay leadership to church and non-profit organizations. She currently serves as a trustee for the Church Pension Group and board co-chair for the Episcopal City Mission in Boston, MA.

On March 19, 2026, the Rev. Dr. Brandon Crowley had his portrait inducted into the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel Hall of Honor at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.

Melissa (Mel) Robinson serves as Chaplain to both the Lower School and Middle School at Oregon Episcopal School in Portland, Oregon and received her MDiv from EDS in 2015.

USPG hosts 40 global Anglican leaders in the Philippines, including President Bucklin, for the fifth USPG International Consultation under the theme “Breaking the Chains of Injustice: Reimagining Missional Theologies Today.”
